Karachi: Karachi 's owner, Salman Iqbal, Thursday urged the Karachi people to support their team in the Karachi Kings Friday launch, ARY News reported.

"Cricket is the heartbeat of Karachi, and I hope the people of the city come to the stadium and say they support the game and send a message to the world that Karachi is alive and kicking," Mr. Iqbal said in the ARY News program 11 hours .

The launch of the Karachi Kings will take place at the Karachi National Stadium on Friday. Famous artists such as Shehzad Roy, Shazia Khushk, Komal Rizvi and Asim Azhar will perform at the event.

 

Answering a question about his team's hopes, he insisted that the owner's job was to pick his best team and send them to the tournament, then the players were to prove their will.

Salman Iqbal, president and chief executive officer of ARY Digital Networks, claimed that this year, the Pakistan Super League (PSL) will be more successful than the previous version because "excitement is the highest in history."

He also praised the Chairman of the Executive Committee, Najam Sethi, who was determined to launch the Twenty20 league for Pakistan.

Chairman of the Executive Board PCB, Najam Sethi, also published in the ARY news program, expressed happiness this year, franchisees arranged activities, found talent and mobilized fans of the team.

"I will take this opportunity to urge the Karachi people to identify themselves as Karachi," Saidy said.

The Karachi Kings' owner, Salman Iqbal, held a PSL semifinal in Karachi, and Sedi said he would do everything possible to arrange the PSL final in Karachi next year.
